I am posing a new cake, and would like your opinion...?

I make a version of tiramisu does this sound good to you?


I use all organic ingredients, and make everything by hand...


chocolate sponge cake layer,drizzled with rum and espresso, with a layer of marscapone cheese and sweetened with agave nectar, with another chocolate sponge cake layer drizzled with rum/ espresso, and another layer of sweet creamed layer topped with shaved dark chocolate and served with hot espresso?


Would you like this type of dessert for a special occasion?

i didn't think you could get any sweeter. sounds very good, especially with how poplular coffee is nowadays

since sponge cake is moist on its own, does it become too mushy? sounds great thou, just wondering about that
