breakfast..oatmeal w/ 1tbsp agave nectar and 1/4 granola
2nd meal..1/2 cup all natural granola with soymilk
Lunch..Lentils w/green beans and hummus
snack..baby carrots with little pb
dinner..brown rice w/tofu and veggies

holy crap dude! ya that sounds more healthy than the produce i-al! seriously! .......maybe i should cut back on the cheesecake!
