Hi all,
after watching a survival show where the guy used AGAVE plants to make various things my kids wanted to try it.
My hubby is a gardner and got some , where ever the SAP touched them they broke out in a RASH.
Has anyone heard of this??

Allergy to AGAVE leaf SAP?
Many plants (or parts of plants) can cause a "rash" when you come in contact with them.

It is possible for a person to be allergic to virtually anything and can cause rashes its called contact dermatitis.It is best to use gloves in the garden to prevent skin contact,such as non-latex gloves.
