Is there any alcohol made from cactus fruit?

I can't think of any, unless the agave plant is considered a cactus.

Is there any alcohol made from cactus fruit?
Yes there are a couple that use only the fruit of the cactus. Colonche Wine is an example. There are quite a few more that use the pulp as well. Tequila obviously but there are quite a few others that make use of the pulp.

PS. Agave is a succulent...like a cactus but different.
Reply:Tequila mang! and yes, Agave is a cactus
Reply:In the Mexican states of Puebla and Oaxaca there's a cactus called a garambuyu (spelling?) The berries are a deep, intense red. They are sometimes fermented, and the product is distilled. The result, which is coloured deep neon pink and tastes like gasoline, packs a helluva wallop.
Reply:I think that some of tequila is made from cactus juice!!!
Reply:some of the wine wines r form the extracts of CACTUS--definitely succulent ones
Reply:Yeah you can get wine made from Agave.
